Wild Deuce has a trainer, with a background of riding: Terri McKinney. Terri has been riding horses since before she could walk.

More about Terri:

Terri grew up on a cattle farm, also with horses. She has shown, judged, taught and worked for numerous trainers and barns through out Alberta and England. Terri rides Western and English and has worked cattle on horseback on her family cattle farm.

  • Riding and Training since 10. Training outside horses started at 16
  • Teaching and instructing for 16 years - basics to intermediate riding
  • Competed Training Level Dressage and Eventing
  • 10 years in Pony Club to C Level
  • 7 years competing in Three Day Eventing throughout Alberta
  • Managed an English barn in Oxford, England
  • 10 years experience in 4-H
  • Show Judge experience
  • 20 years mountain riding experience
  • Guiding for a year in Jasper
  • Head pen checker in Picture Butte
  • Looked after 700 yearling cattle
  • 10 experience back country packing and winter survival
  • Previously held First Aid and CPR
  • Completed Hunter Training Course
  • Current Firearms Certificate

Terri rides extensively in the mountains, often packing out for days with a horse.
