Terms and Conditions

Minimum Age

Our minimum age for pack trips is 18 years old. Clinics are open to all ages and abilities.

Deposits and Cancellations

When you reserve your trip or clinic we require a deposit of 50% of the total cost. Your deposit becomes non-refundable after February 1'st of the year of your trip. No refunds will be given on any trip or clinic in progress. Our cancellation policy is non-negotiable.

Payments

• To reserve online, you can pay via VISA, MasterCard, American Express or a PayPal account.
• To reserve via mail please send a cheque or money order.
• Final payment (either cheque, money order, or cash) is due when you check in for your trip or clinic..
• All prices listed are Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Taxes

5% G.S.T. (Canadian Goods and Services Tax) will be added to the cost of all trips and clinics.

Indemnities

Consider purchasing or reviewing your travel, health and cancellation insurance. Each rider will be required to sign a waiver releasing Wild Deuce Retreats and Outfitting from all risks.

Gratuities

Gratuities are customary and greatly appreciated.
